Built from curiosity, engineering, and a refusal to settle for mediocre coffee
Oak Bridge started small, got better through constant testing, and is now building toward a real micro-roastery.
Oak Bridge Roastery started with a modified popcorn popper, a lot of trial and error, and a simple goal: roast coffee that actually tastes good.
That tiny setup eventually turned into a FreshRoast SR800 and a growing process of profile testing, feedback, and improvement. Now the next step is building a true micro-roastery with the equipment, workspace, and systems to do this right.
This Kickstarter is how that happens. Early supporters are not just buying coffee. They are helping build the roastery behind it.
